I believe in working with your body, not against it, to help you achieve your goals. That's why I start every coaching relationship with an onboarding call, where we'll get to know each other and set the intentions for our time together before moving onto the assessment, individualized programming and coaching process.
As a former competitive track and field athlete, I understand the struggles of overtraining and performance mindset and body image. When I began working with women, I noticed that these issues were prevalent among many female athletes. That's why I turned my passion into my profession - helping women cultivate a healthy relationship with their body, training, and performance.
